One vampire is a raccoon in a cape. The other lives under a blood-red moon. Only one of them will take your Friday night. That’s the real question behind Le Vampire vs Vampires Blood Moon, the two vampire tiles sitting side by side in Spooky Spins on Stackr Social Casino, and with Halloween days away, it’s the decision a lot of players are making right now.
Our short answer: pick Le Vampire if you want mascot charm and layered mechanics, and pick Blood Moon if you want a classic gothic mood. One caveat up front. We could verify plenty about Hacksaw’s Le Vampire and almost nothing about Blood Moon, including who made it. We say so plainly instead of guessing, and everything below separates what’s confirmed from what’s just the tile art.
TL;DR: Le Vampire is Hacksaw Gaming’s Count Smokey slot, released Oct 1, 2026, with cluster pays, Golden and Blood Squares and three free-spin modes. Vampires Blood Moon is the gothic-art alternative, but its studio and features aren’t confirmed, so we’re comparing looks and mood, not numbers. Our take: a raccoon makes a better vampire than a vampire.
Le Vampire vs Vampires Blood Moon: Two Takes on the Same Monster
Le Vampire plays the monster for laughs with a mascot, while Vampires Blood Moon plays it straight with gothic art, so the real choice is mood. Halloween is a dependable launch window for slot studios, per industry round-ups of seasonal releases, and that’s why vampire tiles pile up in the lobby each October.
Scroll through Spooky Spins on Stackr Social Casino on a Friday night and two tiles stand out: a raccoon in a vampire cape, and a gothic vampire under a blood-red moon. Same monster, very different attitude. Here’s the side-by-side, where “not confirmed” means exactly that:
| Detail | Le Vampire | Vampires Blood Moon |
|---|---|---|
| Studio | Hacksaw Gaming | Not confirmed |
| Look | Count Smokey the raccoon in a vampire cape, in a Dracula-style setting | Gothic female vampire under a red moon, per the lobby tile |
| Mascot | Yes: Smokey, the Le series regular | Female Vampire |
That bottom row is the whole story of this comparison. One game is well documented, and the other is a mood board until you open its info panel.
Le Vampire: The Raccoon With Fangs
Le Vampire is a Hacksaw Gaming cluster-pays slot starring Count Smokey, released Oct 1, 2026, with cascading wins, Golden and Blood Squares, three free-spin modes and a provider-listed 15,000x max win. It’s the newest entry in the Le series, which began with Le Bandit in 2023 and has since added Le Fisherman, Le Clubber, Le Prechaun and others.
Definition: cluster pays is a win style where groups of 5 or more matching symbols touching each other pay, instead of symbols lining up along paylines.
The game runs on a 6×5 grid. Per reviews, Golden Squares carry over from earlier Le games, while Blood Squares are the new piece: an Epic Rainbow symbol can trigger Blood Rain, which turns positions into Blood Squares that work like Golden Squares but can’t reveal the lowest-paying Bronze Coins. There are three free-spin rounds, each reportedly starting with 10 spins, and a Symbol Bar that tracks upgrades to the premium symbols. Reviewers rate the volatility medium, and some call the layered mechanics solid but busy. As a ceiling, the provider lists a 15,000x max win, which describes the largest outcome the game lists, not a typical session. Review sites also cite up to 97.57% RTP, with lower versions in circulation, and we can’t say which one Stackr runs, so check the in-game info panel.
Here’s the take we’ll defend: a raccoon makes a better vampire than a vampire. Gothic purists will disagree, and they have a point. A vampire is supposed to bring dread, and a cartoon mascot in a cape can feel like the opposite. Our reasoning is about personality. Smokey has been a recurring face in the Le series since 2023, and dropping a familiar mascot into a spooky setting, with Blood Squares as the twist, gives a seasonal slot something a generic gothic look struggles to buy: a character you remember. That’s taste only. It says nothing about how any session will go.

Vampires Blood Moon: The Classic Look
Vampires Blood Moon is the gothic option in Spooky Spins: a female vampire under a red moon, with the studio and features not confirmed. That’s everything the tile itself tells us, and we’re staying inside it.
We couldn’t verify the studio, grid, volatility, max win or bonus features, so this article attaches no numbers to Blood Moon. There’s a practical reason for the caution. “Blood Moon” is a popular name in the slot category, and several unrelated slots from different studios carry it, per slot-listing sites. A quick web search can surface games that aren’t the one in Stackr Social Casino’s lobby, so details from a random review may not belong to this tile. The info panel inside the game is the only source worth trusting.
That’s the honest trade-off for players who like a known studio. Le Vampire comes with a documented developer and series history, while Blood Moon gives you a mood and a blank spec sheet. That’s not a knock on the game, only a gap in what we can confirm. Open stackrcasino.com, head to Spooky Spins, and read its info panel before you decide how much of your coin balance it earns.
How Le Vampire and Blood Moon Feel Different
Le Vampire is a game of layers, while Blood Moon’s feel is something you’ll have to judge from its info panel and a few low-pressure spins. Consider this a tease, not a verdict.
Le Vampire’s rhythm is easy to picture: the symbols pop, the gaps refill, squares light up, and for a half second you’re watching to see whether a Rainbow lands. Those chains are the heartbeat of the game. We won’t describe Blood Moon’s rhythm because we haven’t verified how it plays, and inventing one would be unfair to you and to the game. A fair test takes ten minutes:
- Open Spooky Spins and find both tiles.
- Claim your daily bonus coins so you can test without touching the rest of your coin balance.
- Play a handful of spins on each at the smallest coin size.
- Read each game’s info panel for the studio, rules and coin range.
Who Should Pick Which: Le Vampire vs Vampires Blood Moon
Pick Le Vampire for mascot charm, documented mechanics and series familiarity, and pick Vampires Blood Moon for a classic gothic mood. Here’s the breakdown:
| If you want… | Pick |
|---|---|
| Mascot charm and a series you may already know | Le Vampire |
| Layered mechanics and multiple free-spin modes | Le Vampire |
| A confirmed studio and documented features | Le Vampire |
| A classic gothic mood | Vampires Blood Moon |
| Something simpler than Le Vampire’s busy mechanics | Check Blood Moon’s info panel first |
| To settle it yourself | Both, at the smallest coin size |
Our pick for tonight is Le Vampire. Its documented features and mascot give it the edge, and it carries the Le series’ reputation. But “bites harder” is a matter of taste, and Blood Moon deserves a spin if the gothic look is what you came for. Whichever you choose, set a coin budget before you start and treat it as entertainment. A rich theme and a high listed ceiling don’t change what a session is: a few minutes of play.
